அகக்கதவின் திறப்பு (Opening of the inner door)

செல்லினுள் சேகரித்த
செல்லரித்த ஆசைகள்
செங்கழலில் வெந்துமாய
பூத்த சாம்பலில் பூரித்துப் போனேன்

With the holy fire burning
the rusted desires in my body cells,
ashes blossomed and delighted me.

புறக்கதவு அடைத்ததும்
அகக்கதவின் திறப்பு
திறப்பின் பிறப்பினால்
அகம் புறம் மறைந்தது
மறை பொருள் புலனானதே.

When the outer door closed
the inner door opened.
With the birth of the (inner) opening
both the inner and outer disappeared,
and revealed the hidden truth behind.
